Vivo Energy Uganda has reopened the renovated Shell Busia service station, enhancing its services to cater to the growing needs of customers in transit.
The renovated station, which was officially launched by Joanita Mukasa Menya, Managing Director of Vivo Energy Uganda, boasts an enlarged forecourt, a quick-service restaurant, and an upgraded Shell Select store.
The station has also introduced a dedicated Boda Spot, an exclusive fuelling point designed to serve boda boda riders efficiently.
According to Ms Mukasa Menya, the reopening of the station demonstrates Vivo Energy Uganda’s confidence in Uganda’s future and reinforces its role as a trusted partner in creating opportunities and enhancing mobility.
“We are proud to contribute to Uganda’s economic development and the well-being of its people,” she said.
The reopening of Shell Busia is part of Vivo Energy Uganda’s expansion strategy aimed at bringing its world-class Shell fuels and services closer to its customers across the region.
The renovated station is expected to create jobs, partnerships, and improved access to quality services, benefiting the communities in which Vivo Energy Uganda operates.
