Victor, born to a Danish father and an Indian mother, grew up surrounded by diversity and entrepreneurial inspiration. His mother, Nicole Rodrigues, the founder of Diva Developer, instilled in him the values of hard work and vision. “Watching my mother build this empire showed me that no dream is too big if you have the drive,” he reflects.
Victor’s education at Cheltenham College in the UK and Nations School in Dubai, followed by his current studies in Business and Entrepreneurship at Babson College in the U.S., laid a solid foundation for his role in real estate. He emphasizes sustainable development and modern technology as key pillars of his strategy.
“I want to make real estate smarter and more sustainable. Dubai is a city of innovation, and I believe we can set a global example for eco-friendly luxury developments,” Victor says.
