KAMPALA-Uganda Human Rights Commission (UHRC) Chairperson Justice Mariam Wangadya on Tuesday released a report about 30 people who were reported to be missing from various parts of the country.
In her report, Wangadya revealed that after thorough investigations and vigorous checks in several security installations they realized that 12 had been charged with various offences and released them on police bond and others on bail.
