Uganda’s top-performing schools have been revealed, with Nsambya Girls Primary School leading the pack in Kampala and Mugwanya Preparatory School Kabojja topping Wakiso district.
The rankings, based on data from the Uganda National Examinations Board, highlight the best Universal Primary Education (UPE) schools in each district.
This year’s list saw some surprises, with most of the top 10 government-aided primary schools from 2023 failing to make the cut. Instead, new schools have emerged as top performers, demonstrating their commitment to providing quality education and uplifting all learners, not just top performers.
See the full list of top UPE schools per district, featuring schools like Ediofe Boys P7 School in Arua city, Kyabirwa Primary School in Jinja city, and Katojo Biharwe Primary School in Mbarara city.
