
The Kampala Archdiocese has announced the appointment of Father Vincent Rogers Kabuye Mukasa as one of its Vicar Generals, in a move aimed at strengthening the administration and governance of the Catholic Church in the region.
In a statement issued on February 22, 2025, the Chancellor of the Kampala Archdiocese, Father Pius Male, confirmed the appointment on behalf of Archbishop Paul Ssemogerere.
Father Mukasa will serve alongside Monsignor Gerard Kalumba as Vicar General, assisting Archbishop Ssemogerere in the overall governance and administration of the Archdiocese.
