In a shocking and gruesome turn of events, a juvenile has committed an unspeakable atrocity in Ibanda District, leaving a community reeling in horror. The young suspect, fueled by rage and a twisted sense of vengeance, launched a vicious attack on his mother’s boyfriend, mutilating him in a way that will haunt the victim forever.
The incident occurred on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at approximately 1:00 am in Bukuuto 1 cell, Kigarama ward, Bisheshe division. The juvenile, armed with a deadly panga, stormed into his mother’s bedroom, where the victim lay sleeping, and unleashed a ferocious assault. The attack was swift, brutal, and calculated, leaving the victim with severe injuries, including the mutilation of his testicles.
In a desperate bid to save her lover’s manhood, the mother grabbed the suspect, but it was too late. The damage was done. The victim, Ahimbisibwe Joseph, alias Kitengye, was left writhing in agony, his testicles severed from his body.
In a heart-wrenching display of courage, the victim managed to call his friend, Busingye Patrick, who rushed him to Ruhoko H/C IV for emergency treatment. But the question on everyone’s lips is: will he ever be the same again?
