C-Care has officially launched its state-of-the-art facility in Mbale, Uganda, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s mission to provide high-quality healthcare services to the community.
The new facility, which was unveiled in a ceremony attended by dignitaries and local officials, boasts modern infrastructure and equipment, including 30 admission beds, a High Dependency Unit (HDU), and two fully-equipped operating theatres.
Speaking at the launch, Azhar Sundhoo, CEO of C-Care Uganda, emphasized the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services to the people of Mbale and surrounding areas. “We are proud to bring world-class healthcare to Mbale, and we are committed to providing our patients with the best possible care and treatment,” Sundhoo said.
Andrew Mugalu, General Manager of C-Care Hospital, added that the new facility is designed to provide a wide range of medical services, including emergency care, specialized treatments, and follow-up care. “Our goal is to bridge the healthcare gap in Mbale and surrounding areas, and to provide our patients with access to quality healthcare services that are affordable and accessible,” Mugalu said.
The launch of the new facility was attended by His Royal Highness Omukuka III Jude Mike Mudoma, who praised C-Care for its commitment to improving healthcare services in the region. “We are grateful to C-Care for bringing this state-of-the-art facility to Mbale, and we look forward to working with them to improve healthcare services in our community,” Mudoma said.
The new facility is part of C-Care’s ongoing efforts to expand its network of healthcare facilities across Uganda. With the launch of the Mbale facility, C-Care now operates a network of over 20 clinics and hospitals across the country.
