in response to that position, the family members with the children acknowledged that they received the proposal from Ambassador Amoko and emphasized that they have no powers to change the deceased’s bedside wishes.

” We maintain that she should be buned at Jukia Hill Ward, Juba Village, Nebbi District next to her late father Wod Rwot His Worship Micheal Picho and her aunt Nva’ Rwot Julia Angeyo as she desired, in accordance with her deathbed wishes and Ragem customs.”

However these proposed that in the spirit of compromise , rather than have the state-which includes the requiem mass, the function in Nebbi, the state function speeches by all state officials, dignitaries and inlaws and laying of the wreaths and sister be laid to rest viewing of the body be held in Arua but the burrial should remain Kaal Ragem Land at Jukia Hill Ward in Nebbi District in accordance with her wishes and custom.

“Our family hereby reiterates that we are peaceful, loving, and respectful of our in- Princess Nyakwar Rwot-and in loving memory of our late mother and sister Daca Hon. Justice Mary Stella Arach-Amoko, shall welcome, honour and respect Ambassador ldule-Amoko and his family when they come to Nebbi for the burial and at any other time they wish to visit Nebbi to pay their respects to our late mother and sister.” says the family
